TOUGHCOAT is a specially developed, polymer based emulsion with many interesting properties. TOUGHCOAT may be applied in place previously treated with other types of waterproofing coatings/membrances even bituminous coatings. It is a highly viscous, butter like substance which upon drying, THOUGHCOAT will provide a seamless membrane which is totally waterproof for years.

TOUGHCOAT can only be applied during dry weather on dry or damp free surface and the temperature of the roof surface should be between 10 C and 50 C.
Prior to commencing the work, the quality of the substrate to receive TOUGHCOAT treatment should be examined carefully and the necessary Pre-treatment will be depending on the nature and conditions of the surface. Care should be taken on all kinds of porosities, holes, honeycombs, cracks, movement joint & etc.
